Cultural change is a key element underpinning efforts to increase and widen participation in HE.

This theme draws together activities with the key influencers who impact on the decisions that learners make about education and progression to HE.  IAG professionals, teachers, employers and parents all have an impact on successive cohorts of learners, and for that reason the projects operating within this theme work specifically with these groups.
